About The Event
The Friends of Harmony Hall are excited to announce the 11th Annual Highlands Bluegrass Festival & Crafts Fair, scheduled for Sunday, September 12th, from 1 to 5pm, on the Great Lawn at Harmony Hall - Jacob Sloat House, 15 Liberty Rock Road, Sloatsburg, NY. This year's Bluegrass Festival features three notable regional bluegrass bands... The Eugene Tyler Band, Blue Plate Special, and Cole Quest & The City Pickers (Cole is the grandson of the folk icon Woody Guthrie).
There will be food, beverages, arts & crafts for kids, hand craft items for sale, and a beer garden! This festival known for its wonderful musicality will sound from our outdoor stage set in the beautiful Ramapo River Valley. This National Register of Historic Places site is located between Harriman and Sterling Forest State Parks in the surrounding scenic Ramapo Mountains.
Our annual Bluegrass Festival builds awareness and support for our preservation efforts. The Friends of Harmony Hall continue to offer several fantastic art, educational, and culture events in the Western Ramapo Highlands! Subscribe for updates at events@friendsofharmonyhall.org
Admission is $10, no charge for kids attending who are under 18 years of age. There are no advanced ticket sales.
