The Friends of Harmony Hall – Jacob Sloat House are excited to announce they are once again a recipient of the Rockland County Tourism Grant. Board of Trustee President Andrea LaMantia accepted the 2024 award at the January 12th ceremony at The Holocaust Museum and Center for Tolerance and Education. Rockland County Executive Ed Day and Director of Economic Development and Tourism Lucy Redzeposki hosted the event. This grant recognizes the Friends as one of the significant contributors to Arts and Culture in Rockland County and our contribution to tourism through our annual signature events. The County Executive spoke highly of Harmony Hall’s Highlands Bluegrass Festival as a perfect example of attracting visitors to Rockland County. The money awarded will be used to promote The Highlands Bluegrass Festival, which is held in September, and for Victorian Holiday in December.
